Supplement against magnesium deficiencies
This supplement against magnesium deficiencies is formulated with magnesium, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12, for a complete action. These compounds participate in the reduction of fatigue and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.

Its formulation allows a progressive release of magnesium for a better absorption.

Indications of use :
Oral use. Adults and teenagers from 12 years old.
Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water, preferably during a meal, to be taken over a period of one and a half months, to be repeated if necessary.
Do not take this product in case of severe renal insufficiency or allergy to one of the components.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women : ask your doctor for advice.
Store in a dry place, away from light and at a temperature below 25°C.
